Next, the carry bags are cut by applying the desired die with the Fabric Handle Cut Die Machine.
After the bags are cut, printing can be done on the bags at this stage.
In large scale
In the non-woven bag manufacturing process, the fabric roll is first fixed on the Fabric Roller Holding Cylinder.
The next step is to warp and stretch the fabric with a fabric stretching machine to prevent the fabric from getting folded.
After being stretched, the fabric is cut with the help of the fabric folding machine to the desired size of the bags. All this work is done entirely automatically.
The next step is to seal the bags with the help of a fabric sealing machine.
Lastly, as required, the bags are cut from the primary roll by applying a die in a Fabric Handle Dye Cut Machine.
